Chapter Captain MKG: In this segment, I wonder whether we should replace or embelish the AHRA/DAT example with the FCC broadcasting flag debate.  On the one hand, the FCC ruling has been overturned by the Court.  On the other hand, it is only one part of the strategy to embed law into technology & it seems to represent a highly current and topical example of "the solution to the problem  being built into the technology".  Also, my understanding/impression, is that the DAT technology/ AHRA (aside from the Diamond Rio victory) has gone nowhere.

Also, in paragraph 8, which discusses what could happen if all of the rights could be unbundled and sold separately and if so, whether software could regulate whether you read a book once or a hundred times - does anyone recall the episode about reading Alice in Wonderland aloud?  Is that example suitable to include here?

Thought/comments, welcome.
